Technical lead for EyvanTrip, a production hotel and tour booking platform. I owned the backend architecture, the release pipeline and day-to-day production operation, and led a small engineering team across the API and the web client.
- Led engineering for a live booking platform, owning backend architecture, release process and production operations, and directing a small team across the API and the Next.js web client.
- Built the .NET 8 API as a clean-architecture solution (Domain / Application / Infrastructure / API) using CQRS with MediatR, FluentValidation, EF Core on SQL Server and Redis-backed distributed caching.
- Designed versioned REST APIs with JWT authentication, role-based authorisation, request rate limiting and OpenAPI documentation, consumed by the React / Next.js front end.
- Integrated online payment gateways, QR and voucher generation, and server-side PDF document rendering into the booking and check-in flow.
- Instrumented the platform with structured Serilog logging shipped to Elasticsearch, Kibana and Seq, plus health checks over SQL Server, Redis and upstream providers.
- Containerised the stack with multi-stage Docker builds and automated build, image publishing and deployment through GitLab CI/CD to a private registry and Linux/Nginx hosts.
- Drove remediation of an external security assessment based on ISO/IEC 15408 and the OWASP testing guides, hardening authentication, session invalidation, authorisation, audit logging and file-upload policy across the API.
- Established integration testing over the real HTTP surface with xUnit and the ASP.NET Core test host, and ran code review for the team.
